Cloud computing
May 23rd, 2009 by adminImagine you can still hook up with your files or your company files even if there is no connection on the net. How about, trying to edit files and still the server can get the updates when it’s back online. The common problem for a computer aided jobs or for some simple computer guy, is the unavailability to get connection to the server if there is no Internet available. Well, basically it’s like crossing the bridge, but without the bridge. When you need an important file to be edited or to be retrieved, you have to wait for the system to be back online before you can do what you want.
A special cloud computing is needed for this kind of situation. Or in other term, a system that will handle the situation even if the Internet is not available. It’s like having a local cloud that’s on the go all the time. Well, this cloud computing that I’m talking about is use to receive changes on your files and handles your data because it acts like a temporary server. All editing, downloading and uploading is easy. What it does is, it stores your files and then when you are back online it automatically synchronizes the changes on the server. It’s a great idea to solve these offline connection problems.
A proper care for the eyes.
March 21st, 2009 by adminIt’s pretty shocking that most of people who have eye problem comes from the group of computer addicts. Back then, we don’t have eye protection for this kind of problems. Only now that we consider using these protections to protect our eyes from radiation coming from the monitors of our computer. Those that uses cathode ray tube monitors are prone to this radiation. Because CRT monitors emits intense amount of radiation for it to display visuals. Inside this CRT are phosphorus which are only active if high current is present. The current then pushes this phosphor particles, then bombard one another to produce necessary shapes and color to the monitor. Not all forces are trapped inside the CRT, the effect is the excess forces is then transmitted outside the monitor and that what we call radiation.
Nowadays computer manufacturers are implementing the use of monitors with less radiation, like for example the liquid crystal display. Also the use of different types of eye protection and preventive measurements. For those who have these kind of problems, we have the specialists for that. I will recommend one, which lately I found on the net. This boston eye surgery is claiming to solve almost all types of eye related problems. They use laser treatment which I think is good, because no hands will touch your eyes, less risk of complication. And I’ve seen on some forums that these guys were good, and I heard nothing bad about them. I’m very particular in writing blogs with these health related topics. I don’t want anybody to blame me for recommending such service, so I’m very particular. That’s why I’m only writing it now. Check them out, they might solve your eye problem.
